Returning the car
Return the car to the designated cityhop parking bay. If this is occupied by another vehicle please calls us on the 0800 2 CITYHOP (0800 2 248 9467).
Check that you have all your belongings, that the car is tidy and you have turned off off all the lights.
Locking the car
Make sure all doors are shut and windows up and then lock the car by holding your Cityhop card over the card reader on the windscreen.
When you hold your cityhop card against the reader to lock the car the light on the reader with change colour to let you know the immobilisers are back on and the car is locked. You need to wait 5 seconds from the time you shut the doors to when you hold your card to lock.
