The fuel card
A requirement of cityhop membership is that you always fill the car when it reaches ¼ full of fuel (fuel reader will show two bars when ¼ full). The fuel card is found in the glove box in the black car manual. Use unleaded 91 fuel only.
Removing the fuel card from the car will incur a $150.00 penalty.
Participating petrol stations
You can fill up your cityhop car at any Shell petrol station.
Use the fuel card to pay for petrol. The fuel card can be used for fuel purchases only.
Take the card to the cashier with the mileage of the car and sign the receipt. Then place the fuel receipt back in the manual with the fuel card.
Don't forget!
Please return the car with at least 1/3 of a tank of fuel .
We reserve the right as per cityhop terms and conditions to charge a member a $150.00 penalty if the car is returned at the end of a booking period low on fuel.
