15 minute warning

Always let us know at least 15 minutes before the end of your booking time if you would like to extend your booking. This 15 minute time period allows us to prevent other customers being inconvenienced as a result.

If a member doesn't advise cityhop and the car is returned more than 3 minutes late that member will incur a penalty of $20.00 per half hour the car is overdue.

If a member does advise 15 minutes before the end of their booking and another member has booked the car we will endeavour to find another car but we reserve the right to on-charge all reasonable costs for an alternative transport solutions such as a taxi for the second member.
